1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Paintings are stored until purchased but require final preparation before shipping, such as trimming and finishing touches. Due to this, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipping arrangements have been made. Once the painting has been prepared for shipping, cancellations are not possible.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible through the website.


3. Damaged Items

If your painting arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging for review.

Depending on the case, I may offer a partial refund or discuss a resolution.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where the artwork was damaged during shipping and a resolution cannot be reached.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
